Welcome to Omnia Electric. These Terms and Conditions outline the rules and regulations for use of our website, services, and interactions with clients. By accessing this website, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you should not use our services or site.
1. Licensed Electrical Work
Omnia Electric is a Georgia-licensed electrical contractor. All work is performed in accordance with the National Electrical Code (NEC) and applicable state and local regulations.
License Number: EN216331
Permits will be pulled as required by the jurisdiction and scope of work.
2. Estimates & Quotes
All quotes—whether submitted through the website, phone, or email—are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise.
Prices are subject to change based on site conditions, material availability, or changes to project scope.
3. Payment Terms
A deposit may be required to schedule work. Final payment is due upon completion unless agreed to in writing.
Late payments may incur a 1.5% monthly fee or the maximum allowed by Georgia law.
We accept:
• Major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Amex, Discover)
• Zelle for Business (instructions provided upon request)
4. Cancellations
Cancellations made within 48 hours of scheduled work may be subject to a cancellation fee.
All emergency, rush, or same-day service fees are non-refundable.
5. Liability & Warranty
Omnia Electric provides a 1-year workmanship warranty on standard installations unless otherwise specified.
We are not responsible for damages caused by pre-existing conditions, third-party equipment, or customer-supplied materials.
6. Access & Worksite Conditions
Customer agrees to provide clear access to work areas. Additional charges may apply for delays due to obstructions, unsafe environments, or denied access.
7. Code Compliance
If existing conditions are found to violate current codes, the customer will be advised of necessary corrections.
Code upgrades are not included unless specified in the scope of work.
8. Changes & Additions
Any changes to the original agreement must be made in writing. Verbal requests are not binding.
